Side Qwest Child Safety
Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) Policy
Last updated: April 2026
Side Qwest Commitment
Side Qwest is fully committed to providing a safe and protected environment for all users, and most importantly, for children. We have an absolute zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form. This policy applies to all users, content, and activity across our platform, without exception.
Prohibited Content and Behavior
The following are strictly prohibited on the Side Qwest platform:
- Any content that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers minors in any way
- Any content that depicts, promotes, normalizes, or facilitates child sexual abuse or exploitation
- Any grooming behavior, including building inappropriate relationships with minors for the purpose of exploitation
- Any attempt to solicit, coerce, or manipulate minors into sexual conversations, exchanges, or meetings
- Any sharing, uploading, downloading, distributing, or storage of child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Any use of our platform to traffic, recruit, or exploit minors
- Any content that presents minors in a sexualized context, even if not explicitly graphic
- Any communication intended to isolate a minor from trusted adults or support networks
- Sharing personal contact details with or obtaining personal contact details from minors for inappropriate purposes
User Responsibilities
All users of our platform are expected to:
- Treat all other users, especially minors, with respect and dignity
- Refrain from any behavior that could be considered predatory, manipulative, or exploitative toward children
- Report any suspicious behavior, content, or accounts that may indicate CSAE activity
- Never share, forward, or engage with content that appears to exploit or abuse minors
Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in immediate account suspension, permanent banning, and referral to law enforcement authorities.
Enforcement and Moderation
We take enforcement of this policy extremely seriously. Our approach includes:
- Immediate removal of any content identified as violating this policy
- Permanent banning of any user found to be engaging in CSAE-related activity
- Proactive monitoring of our platform for content or behavior that may indicate CSAE
- Cooperation with law enforcement — we will fully cooperate with any investigation by local, national, or international authorities relating to child exploitation
- Mandatory reporting — all confirmed CSAE content and activity will be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via their CyberTipline (www.cybertipline.org), as well as to relevant local authorities where applicable
We reserve the right to preserve account data, content, and communication logs and hand them over to law enforcement without prior notice to the user in question, where required by law or where we believe doing so is necessary to protect a child from harm.
Reporting a Violation
If you encounter any content, account, or behavior on our platform that you believe violates this policy, we urge you to report it immediately. Your report could protect a child from harm.
To make a report, please contact us at: sideqwest2025@gmail.com
Please include as much detail as possible, such as:
- A description of the content or behavior
- The username or account involved
- Screenshots or other evidence if available and safe to capture
All reports are treated confidentially, investigated promptly, and acted upon with urgency. We do not tolerate retaliation against anyone who makes a good-faith report.
